in Amsterdam

I booked a hotel in Amsterdam. The reviews looked great — 4 stars, beautiful photos, private rooms. But when I arrived, there were no doors on the rooms. Just open cabins. People were smoking everywhere. The photos were completely fake. I couldn't sleep. I felt completely misled and let down.
